This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and one 16 ft. and 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! This System includes enhanced Wi-Fi engineering to make setup not only quick and easy, but the MRCOOL DIY Multi is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without requiring specialized tools or expensive equipment.

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.

          • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
