Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that upon placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. This email serves as an indication that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After receiving your order, we promptly contact our suppliers to confirm the availability of the item(s) for immediate shipment. If the item(s) you ordered is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and inform you via email.
Conversely, if the item(s) is available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We also would like to note that any order over the price of $10,000 is required to be paid via a wire transfer or check.
We take pride in delivering your order promptly, and if the item(s) is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it is expected to be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. Exclusions apply on certain products that may be made to order, waiting to be restocked, and pre-orders. Upon shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking information (if available) within 24 hours. If you do not receive a tracking or order confirmation email within six business days, please contact us at support@ thehomeupgrade.com
Please note that we only ship within the USA and Canada, we do not ship anywhere else outside of these two countries. If you wish elsewhere you may use a fright forwarder in the USA to forward it to your country of residence, or use private shipping carriers to ship it yourself.
For Canadian customers:
If you are in Canada, the prices for you should be in CAD, if you are in the USA, the prices should automatically show up in USD. Currency can be changed via the currency selector in the top right corner near the cart button.
For some brands like Ruixu and Forno orders for our Canadian customers will ship out of our Canadian warehouse and you will not need to pay any border duty fees. However, for other brands that ship out of USA, Canadian customs may charge you taxes when you receive your package. The border tax/duties is fully the customer's responsibility. This tax will vary on the province where you order from. Please do your own research prior to ordering if you wish to know the exact cost. If you wish to avoid any additional tax, you may send order to a parcel service in USA and later pickup tthe shipment yourself.
One of our standard shipping options is "Curb-side" Pickup, which can vary in cost depending on the brand, product size, freight company, availability, and current market rates. The delivery usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep after submitting your order. Appointment delivery is required for most products but not all, please contact customer service at support @thehomupgrade.com to find out the delivery schedule for your order. Additionally, we offer other shipping options such as Threshold Shipping, which involves bringing the item to your porch or a sheltered/garage area, and White Glove Delivery, which includes bringing the item to your room of choice, any minor assembly, and removal of all boxes and packaging from your premises.

- When receiving your order please visually inspect your shipment for any damages or shortages before signing your delivery receipt.
- Any damages found without notation upon delivery may be refused by the shipper. YOU MUST Note the damage or shortage on the Driver's Copy of the Delivery Receipt.
- Notify Home Upgrade team (support @ thehomeupgrade.com) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If not noted within 48hrs your claim may be denied by the freight company.
