ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1)
The ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1) is designed to fit seamlessly with ZLINE 36" and 48" Ranges and Rangetops. It conveniently replaces two burners, allowing you to switch between cooking styles with ease. The raised-rib side is ideal for searing meats and vegetables to perfection, while the smooth, flat surface is perfect for making pancakes or other breakfast favorites.
Crafted from high-quality cast iron, it ensures even heat distribution, and its slightly sloped design helps direct grease toward the catch on the ribbed side. The griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready for use, though applying a thin layer of oil before cooking is recommended to prevent sticking. For cleaning, simply scrub with a stiff brush and hot water, dry thoroughly, and it’s ready for the next use.
NOTE: This griddle is designed to replace only the middle burners on the 36" Range or Rangetop, and the two center burners on the 48" models.

Free Curbside Delivery
ZLINE orders include free curbside delivery via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most trusted carrier available. Please note that delivery is to the curbside only - be sure to arrange for assistance if needed, as the carrier will not bring items inside your home.
Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
In most cases, you will receive tracking details 3-5 business days after you place your order. When the tracking number is sent, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to populate details.
RETURN POLICY:
ZLINE returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return. Accessories like chimneys, extensions, and trim kits are not returnable.
Restocking Fee
Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.
