The Kenko M673 3D/4D was designed with daily massage in mind. The Kenko uses a 3D back mechanism and 40 strategically placed air cells to simulate human hands and give you a full body massage experience. Why travel to an expensive spa, when you can experience massage anytime you need it from home.
Featuring 3D/4D massage technology to mimic deep tissue massage of human hands through the use of a 3D mechanism that moves up and down, left and right, plus in and out (intensity) and adds a fourth dimension (4D) of variable speed on these movements. The full-body massage experience starts with the Truefit™ Body Scanning to pinpoint the user's size and shape, providing a customized massage, specific to them.
Sync music to the Bluetooth® Speakers located in the headrest while the back mechanism travels down the 49" L shaped track, following the spine, from the neck and shoulders all the way to the glutes. One of the unique features of the Kenko is the Extra Long Calf Coverage.
This is the longest calf massage available, providing a compression massage from the knees down to your feet, for pressure and tension relief. The Zero Wall Fit™ Space-Saving Technology allows you to place this chair only a few inches from the wall and still be able to relax in the Weightless Zero Gravity Recline.

A 3D/4D back and gluteus massage mimics deep tissue massage of human hands through the use of a 3D mechanism that moves up and down, left and right, in and out (intensity), and also adds a fourth dimension of variable speed on these movements, to create the feel of a human hands massage.
Truefit™ Body Scanning
Special technology within the hardware and software of the chair allows the chair to pinpoint the user's size and shape, providing a customized massage specific to them.
Weightless Zero Gravity Recline
Initially developed by NASA, Zero gravity positioning elevates your feet above your heart, relieves pressure on your spine, and improves circulation. This allows the spine to decompress and provides a sense of weightlessness to aid in the therapeutic benefits of the massage chair.
Zero Wall Fit™ Space-Saving Technology
By sliding the chair forward while reclining, this feature allows the amount of space required between the chair and the wall to be just a few inches. Chairs without this feature must be placed far away from the wall taking up much more space in the room.

Airbags are located throughout the chair that inflate and deflate to provide a compression sensation on the muscles that feel like real human hands. Each chamber within an airbag is called an air cell.
This feature has the broadest coverage of the sole allowed in a massage chair today, utilizing three Shiatsu rollers per foot attending to the vital pressure points on the feet linked to other parts of the body.

At The Home Upgrade, we take pride in offering one of the industry's best return policies. You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has shipped, with some exceptions for custom-made orders. Cancellations (Before Order Ships):
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as within 24 hours so that we can process a full refund before your order is shipped from the warehouse. Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products are specifically produced for your order. These units are custom made according to your specifications or created once you place your order. Your warranty ensures that you receive a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns:
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, but please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the returns and exchange process. Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped, as we source our products directly from manufacturers. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we are unable to offer you a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your brand and/or product. Due to the increasing costs of LTL/freight shipping, outright returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to assist with covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

When will I know if my order has shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately check with our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. In case of any delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout.
