Initially developed by NASA, Zero gravity positioning elevates your feet above your heart, relieves pressure on your spine, and improves circulation. This allows the spine to decompress and provides a sense of weightlessness to aid in the therapeutic benefits of the massage chair.

Complete Care (Year 1)
Infinity provides all covered parts and, if needed, an authorized technician for in-home repairs at no charge. If parts are discontinued, a comparable replacement product may be offered (up to the original purchase price).
Parts & Structure (Years 2–5)
Parts are free for 3 years; customer pays shipping/duties. Structure warranty covers steel and wood frame components. Any replacements require customer-paid shipping. Field service is limited to the U.S. and major Canadian metros and must be pre-approved.
Exclusions
Not covered: improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, modifications, power issues, drops, misuse, environmental damage, transport damage, wear and tear (foam changes, fabric fading/pilling, leather variations), or stitching/Velcro/zippers. Warranty is non-transferable.
