INSTALLATION:
Installation Disclaimer: This side-by-side refrigerator is a built-in system composed of three separate components, delivered as follows:
- Left Swing Unit
- Right Swing Unit
- Decorative Trim Kit
Electrical Requirements: Each refrigeration unit must be connected to its own dedicated 15-amp circuit breaker (2 x 15A total). Please ensure the proper electrical infrastructure is in place prior to installation.
Platform Base Requirement: A built platform base is required to support proper installation. The platform must extend fully beyond the cabinet opening. If the platform does not extend out of the opening, the lower trim kit cannot be installed correctly.

SHIPPING POLICY:
In-Home Delivery (Included with All FORNO Appliances)
FORNO will bring your appliances inside your home and check for any visible damage.
Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.
Damaged Appliances
If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery.
Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage.
FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.
Delivery Details
FORNO will deliver your appliance to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
Important: If your delivery involves more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps prevent delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.
RETURN POLICY:
FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.
Restocking Fee
Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories including but not limited to: chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.
