FORNO offers convenient in-home delivery service with every appliance purchase, bringing your new appliance right inside your home and inspecting it for any visible damage. (Please note: Installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.)

Delivery Details:

• Appliances will be delivered to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
• For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Important:

• If your delivery requires navigating more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps avoid any delays.

Shipping Coverage:

• Delivery service may not be available in all ZIP codes. Please contact our Sales Team to confirm delivery availability in your area.

Tracking & Scheduling:

• You will typically receive tracking information 3-5 business days after placing your order.
• Once the tracking number is provided, please allow 1-2 business days for tracking details to become active.

RETURN POLICY: 

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns submitted after this period cannot be processed.

• Condition for Return: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.

Restocking Fee:

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
