Delivery Details:
Appliances will be delivered to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps up a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

If your delivery requires navigating more than 7 steps, please notify us before shipping. Additional fees may apply, and advance notice helps avoid any delays.

Tracking & Scheduling:

RETURN POLICY:
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns submitted after this period cannot be processed.
Condition for Return: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.
Restocking Fee:
