The Burner pan and ring are constructed of 16 Gauge and 304 Stainless Steel, not plated. Offering an amazing high-quality 45,000 BTU fire pit table feature with auto-ignition makes sure a clean and smokeless flame. Perfect for the backyard, patio, deck, poolside, or other outdoor living space.
The Manchester Fire Table is made of high-performance cast concrete which is strong & durable.
Safe and warm bonfire experience - crafted with the customer in mind, the Manchester Fire Table's patio flame is CSA & CE certified. Admire the dancing flames on the lava rock while keeping cozy within the heating radius of the fire table.
The Manchester fire table offers a comfortable space to sit around measuring 42" (L) x 39" (W) x 17" (H). With either a pre-attached 10 ft hose with regulator for a 20 lbs. propane tank or a 10ft hose with brass quick connect ends for natural gas connection, it's easy to set up anywhere outside in your backyard.

Warranty Terms
Ocean Rock USA LLC doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi. There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.
Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. Damage caused by shipping, staining and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Dings, dents and scratches, fading and natural weathering are not covered under this warranty. Decorative rock is not covered under this warranty. Improper installations, repair or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi will void this warranty and any damage caused by such is also not covered under this warranty.
Minor chipping, weather fading, water staining and non-structural hairline cracks are typical of the material of this product and are not covered under this warranty. Some color and texture variation is typical of the material and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
At The Home Upgrade, we take pride in offering one of the industry's best return policies. You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has shipped, with some exceptions for custom-made orders. Cancellations (Before Order Ships):
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as within 24 hours so that we can process a full refund before your order is shipped from the warehouse. Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products are specifically produced for your order. These units are custom made according to your specifications or created once you place your order. Your warranty ensures that you receive a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns:
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, but please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the returns and exchange process. Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped, as we source our products directly from manufacturers. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we are unable to offer you a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your brand and/or product. Due to the increasing costs of LTL/freight shipping, outright returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to assist with covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

Estimated shipping times provided on the product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies, but these estimates may change or vary without notice due to factors such as supply chain issues, delays in steel mills, manufacturing delays due to mills, high demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers, and so on).

When will I know if my order has shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately check with our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. In case of any delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at support@ thehomeupgrade.com.
