The Stack and Rack system core is included with Infinity X2 Kamado and includes 8 different cooking setups. The Stack and Rack System was designed with the versatility that allows you to configure your racks many different ways to create a variety of cooking methods for meats and vegetables. The Stack and Rack Systems allows you to stack up to three layers of racks and hang accessories like drip trays, deflectors and cooking surfaces.

PRECISE DIAL-IT-IN AIRFLOW SYSTEM ALLOWS YOU TO GO FROM HOT AND FURIOUS TO LOW AND SLOW:
Easily control Heat and Smoke with our Dial-It-In airflow system. Use the graduated DialTop and DialDoor dampers to quickly control heat and smoke settings. Set the DialDoor precisely to an enumerated setting to adjust airflow to the fire. Increase the setting to add airflow and raise heat levels and damper down the setting to choke the fire to bring down the temperature. Set the DialTop to adjust the smoke flavor to your liking. Lock down settings use the locking knob on the DialTop to prevent any slippage when opening your Dome. Attachments such as the DialFan blower are designed to mount the DialDoor to add even more consistency to airflow.
CHARCOAL GRILL THAT IS FAST TO LIGHT:
Unlike many conventional charcoal grills and smokers, the Infinity series has a chimney effect built into the design of the cooker. This means you can be ready to cook in 10 minutes! Reuse charcoal after each cook as you simply follow the shutdown procedure and the fire is choked and the leftover charcoal can be used on the next cook.

EXTRA THICK HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION LOCKS HEAT IN AND PERFORMS BETTER:
The thick ceramic construction is one of key secrets to the juiciness of foods cooked in a kamado vessel. The round shape cooks from every direction and the thick ceramic walls hold the heat in circulating it back on to the food. Our ceramics are almost twice as thick as the competition, and our Infinity X2 model has 30 to 50 lbs of extra ceramic compared to other kamado cookers. Thicker ceramics will yield better thermal efficiency and more consistent results.
HIGH TEMP FIBERGLASS GASKET WON'T BURN UP:
Maintaining a superior air tight seal between the lid and the base is necessary to ensure heat is not being leaked out during the cooking process. Our extreme high temp gasket engineered to last 10X the life of standard industry gaskets and is now standard on all Infinity X2 kamado models.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these products are specifically produced for your order. These units are custom made according to your specifications or created once you place your order. Your warranty ensures that you receive a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns:
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, but please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the returns and exchange process. Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped, as we source our products directly from manufacturers. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we are unable to offer you a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your brand and/or product. Due to the increasing costs of LTL/freight shipping, outright returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to assist with covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

When will I know if my order has shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately check with our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. In case of any delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.
